Daedalochila auriculata (Say, 1818) Ocala Liptooth In Clay County, Florida

    Daedalochila auriculata have thus far been found at only two locations in Clay County. Of the four northeast Florida counties (Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns) Clay County is the least surveyed of the four thus there is a likelihood that the species is also present at other locations - specifically south of Green Cove Springs on the west bank of the St. Johns River where access is very difficult.
