In sparse vegetation and aestivating on building immediately adjacent to the Lewis Street CSX Transportation railroad crossing, Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida, September, 2012. Preserved specimens from Lewis Street were provided to Dr. Perez, who confirmed that the snails were Praticolella mexicana.
