Broad-headed Skink [Eumeces laticeps] |
| This quite large male specimen was discovered sunning himself along one of the nature trails on the University of North Florida Campus in southeastern Duval County, Florida on 4/9/2005. Despite the closeness of the photographer, the specimen was reluctant to interrupt his siesta despite being gently prodded with a stick. |
