    Under decaying pine and oak logs, sand hill habitat, east side of State Road 21 (GPS: 29.50270N 081.58148W - WGS-84 Datum), about 5.1 miles northeast of the intersection of State Roads 21/100 in Keystone Heights, Clay County, Florida, 6/16/2013. The largest specimen measures 15.4 mm. in maximum diameter. The species is common at this location.
