Eastern Glass Lizard [Ophisaurus ventralis] |
| This medium sized specimen was photographed adjacent to a lake on the campus of the University of North Florida in southeastern Duval County, Florida on 6/8/2005. Although not particularly common at that location, the species is quite common in Duval County lawns and gardens where it is a frequent victim of lawn mowers. |
