Several adult Bradybaena similaris were collected in Central Florida during March, 2015 and taken into captivity. While in captivity the snails deposited a number of egg clutches which subsequently hatched about 16 days after they were deposited. The images below show several juveniles 62 days after hatching which now measure 3.0 to 3.3 mm. in maximum diameter. The images were obtained through use of a microscope by Lori Schroeder.
