| This large Yellow Rat Snake, about 4.5 feet in length, was photographed as it effortlessly climbed a tree near the spring run in Ravine Gardens State Park in Palatka, Florida on 9/16/2011. When last observed, the serpent was at a height of 20 feet and still ascending. |
